Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
We collect the email you sign in with, the loan information you enter (nickname, lender, balance, APR, term, monthly payment), and basic usage telemetry (page views, clicks, alert opens). We use anonymous and session cookies to attribute traffic and run product experiments.
2. What we never ask for
We do not ask for your Social Security Number. We do not connect to your bank. We do not pull your credit report. The loan data you provide is self-reported and used only to power the alerts and weekly digest you signed up for.
3. How we use it
Your loan data is used to compute refinance opportunities and email you when rates make a refinance worthwhile. Telemetry is used to improve the product, measure conversion, and run A/B tests. We do not sell personal data.
4. Affiliate referrals
When you click "Get a quote" on an alert, we open a partner lender (RateGenius, LendingTree, Credible, or SoFi) in a new tab. From that point you are interacting with the partner under their privacy policy. We may earn a commission on conversions. The loan basics you have entered are not shared with the partner unless you complete their form yourself.
5. Third parties
Authentication is handled by Supabase. Payments are processed by Stripe. Email is sent through Resend. Market rate data is sourced from public feeds (Freddie Mac PMMS, FRED, Bankrate averages). Subscription and billing data is stored by Stripe under their privacy policy.
6. Retention
Loan records and digest logs are retained while your account is active. Account deletion removes all personal data within 30 days. Anonymized analytics events may be kept for longer for aggregate reporting.

You can request a data export or account deletion at any time by emailing support@keenvotech.com.
