1. Service

RefiDone (refidone.com) is operated by Keenvo Tech OÜ, registered in Estonia (17457927), Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Järvevana tee 9, 11314 ("we", "us"). Advertising, traffic acquisition, and monetization services are provided by 4ADS MEDIA LLC, registered in the United States (L2100023339537-2002466), 5401 S Kirkman Rd, Suite 135, Orlando, FL 32819, USA. By using RefiDone you agree to these terms.

RefiDone tracks self-reported loan information against publicly available market rate data, and notifies you when a refinance opportunity may exist. The service is informational only and is provided as-is. We may update or change features without notice.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be 18 or older to use RefiDone.

3. Plans and billing

The Free tier supports up to two tracked loans and the weekly digest. Plus Monthly ($3.99/mo) and Plus Annual ($24/yr) unlock unlimited loans and instant alerts. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Cancel any time from your account page or the Stripe billing portal.

4. Affiliate links

Refi quote buttons inside the app link out to partner lenders (RateGenius, LendingTree, Credible, SoFi). We may earn a commission if you complete a loan with them. This does not change the rate or fees the partner charges you.

5. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable after activation. Contact support for billing issues; we review them case by case.

6. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service or use it to scrape, resell, or automate access. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or attempt to defraud the affiliate partners we work with.

7. Disclaimer

RefiDone is not a lender, broker, financial advisor, or tax professional. The savings estimates and rate comparisons shown are educated guesses based on the data you provide and public market averages. Always confirm a quote with the actual lender before making a refinance decision.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RefiDone and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including decisions made based on information shown in the app.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or attempt to defraud us or our partners.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of RefiDone after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them or to the use of RefiDone, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Harju County, Tallinn, Estonia. If you are a consumer, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection provisions, or of the right to bring proceedings in the courts, of your country of residence.
